By purchasing the Silver Lockit Color, clients have the opportunity to support UNICEF, contributing to efforts for children in vulnerable situations, such as in Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe, where UNICEF has deployed the resources to help the children who are present in these zones devastated by the two cyclones. For example, these last weeks, over 540 000 children have received lifesaving vaccination - including against measles which is deadly when children are already ill or malnourished.
Since the launch of the Silver Lockit in 2016, the partnership has raised over seven million euros for UNICEF.
The Silver Lockit is a symbol of protection inspired by the tumbler lock invented by Georges Vuitton in 1890 to protect clients’ most precious belongings. It was chosen as a symbol of sealing one’s promise to help children at risk. The Silver Lockit Color retails at $250, $100 of which is donated to UNICEF.
