SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PREMIUM
Available in select New York City zip codes (Monday – Sunday, excluding holidays), signature required. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders
- Delivery Timing: Delivery today or tomorrow Monday through Sunday from 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm. A courier will deliver your order within a 2-hour window of your choice. Orders placed by 1pm (ET) can be delivered today, otherwise select a time for tomorrow.
- Exceptions: If you miss the delivery attempt, we will contact you to reschedule.
- Due to the high value of our products, there will be a signature required on all Premium orders.
OVERNIGHT
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders
- Delivery Timing: Orders placed by 1pm (ET) Monday – Friday or by 11am (ET) Saturday should arrive the following business day. If an order is placed after these times, it will be processed the following business day.
- Exceptions: Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sundays or Holidays will be processed the following business day
- Some zip codes are not available for this service
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
GREEN DELIVERY
This Ground Delivery option has the least impact on the environment, as it emits 92% less CO2 than Air Delivery (on average for US mainland shipments).
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders
- Delivery Timing: 2-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
- Exceptions: If a Green Delivery order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
- Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Overnight Shipping
MY LV HERITAGE AND MY LV WORLD TOUR PRODUCTS
- Fee: Complimentary Green Delivery
- Delivery Timing: Please allow up to 8 weeks for bags and small leather goods and 12 weeks for rolling luggage for delivery from the time you receive the order confirmation email
- Exceptions: Overnight and Premium delivery are not available. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
PERSONALIZED SNEAKERS
- Fee: Complimentary Green Delivery
- Delivery Timing: Please allow up to 8 weeks for personalized calf leather sneakers and 14 weeks for personalized exotic leather sneakers for delivery from the time you receive the order confirmation email

FRAGRANCE ENGRAVING
Please allow an additional business day of processing for all bottle engraving orders.
ALASKA AND HAWAII DELIVERY
If you select Green Delivery, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days from time you receive the shipping confirmation email, however, remote addresses may require additional delivery time. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Overnight Shipping.
COLLECT IN STORE
Have your order delivered to the store of your choice within 1 business day, now available in select Louis Vuitton stores.
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders
- Delivery Timing: Collect in Store orders placed by 12pm (ET) Monday – Saturday, will be delivered to the store of your choice in 1 business day
- Exceptions: Collect in Store orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
HOW TO COLLECT IN STORE
- Notification: You will receive an email and text message confirmation notification when your order is ready to be collected from the store
- Collecting yourself you need:

- Ready-to-Wear Item: If you are picking up a Ready-to-Wear item, please note not all Louis Vuitton locations offer fitting rooms and alterations. Please check our STORE LOCATOR for a list of stores that sell Ready-to-Wear.
- If you do not collect your order: Your order will be available in-store for 14 days. If not collected, it will be sent back and your original method of payment will be refunded, except personalized items, My LV Heritage, My LV World Tour, hot stamped products, personalized sneakers, engraved products, and Made-to-Order items.
