• THE LEOPARD STOLE IN NEW IRRESISTIBLE SHADES

The iconic Leopard stole and its ingenious interpretation of Stephen Sprouse’s design unleashes a palette of additional colors, for the Fall 2014 women’s collection.

A tribute to New York pre-grunge artist and fashion designer Stephen Sprouse, who collaborated on Louis Vuitton's iconic 2001 graffiti collection, the Leopard stole has become one of Louis Vuitton’s must-have accessories.

A delicate blend of cashmere for warmth and silk for softness, these timeless scarves offer an enveloping feeling, in an effortless style, to wear in cold weather as well as warm nights.

Blurry shades of light gray brightened up with coral, a chic and classic taupe, and the Camouflage patterns are part of the new Icons shot under Brynn Heminway’s direction in the film above.

  • “SERIES 1” FASHION FILMS – THIRD OPUS

The “Series 1” Louis Vuitton campaign is a mirrored projection of all images to come in an unprecedented, boundless form of expression with Juergen Teller taking things further in this third opus.

Annie Leibovitz, Juergen Teller and Bruce Weber produced three photographic stories on the same day, at the same time, in very different venues. They are photographers, artists, undoubtedly commentators on modern times, each given this vast arena by Nicolas Ghesquière to interpret not only his fashion collection but also his idea of fashion...

Who better to express a sharp vision on fashion than Juergen Teller and his distinctive, raw and overexposed visual approach? Freja Beha was captured in the Scandinavian pavilion of Venice’s Giardini della Biennale, for this highly personal fashion film.

  • “SERIES 1” FASHION FILMS – SECOND OPUS

As part of “Series 1”, Louis Vuitton's new campaign, discover how Bruce Weber captured on film models Liya Kebede, Jean Campbell and Kirstin Liljegren.

Exercising their own style, three photographers, Bruce Weber, Jurgen Teller and Annie Liebovitz, shared their personal and very precise vision of modern day fashion. They willingly agreed to play this enjoyable yet risky game where they offered their distinct visions to critical examination.

For Nicolas Ghesquière, “It’s a way to bring together an artistic family which I feel close to.(…) Only they could rise to the challenge of being brought face-to-face with one another, and ultimately combined to create a single story, because their visual expression is so powerful that it goes beyond all forms of classification or definition.”

Discover Bruce Weber’s vision of the project with this short fashion film.

  • “SERIES 1” FASHION FILMS – FIRST OPUS

Louis Vuitton's campaign “Series 1” was designed as an invitation to convey ideas of a designer and a fashion collection. Discover the first video by Annie Liebovitz.

In this latest campaign, the Maison breathes new life into the valuable idea of innovation and ways in which to express it. Annie Leibovitz, Juergen Teller and Bruce Weber produced three photographic stories on the same day, at the same time, in very different venues, to express this very feeling.

Annie Leibovitz shot pictures of Charlotte Gainsbourg in the studios of artists Ellsworth Kelly and Brice Marden at Storm King Art Center in New York. Further beyond the print campaign, go “behind-the-scenes” with this short film.

Much more than an advertising campaign, three contemporary and individual photographers have, for the first time ever, accepted their work to be mirrored by another great photographer, within an open and also remarkable framework of the unlimited imagination.

"I wanted an unprecedented narrative from each of these photographers whom I admire so greatly (...) I also wanted to remove them from their comfort zones, from what we already know about them, to see what they would tell the world, and me, about what fashion is today.” explains Nicolas Ghesquière.
