Have your order delivered to the store of your choice within 1 business day, now available in select Louis Vuitton stores

• - Notification: You will receive an email and text message confirmation notification when your order is ready to be collected from the store

Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 regardless of service type.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores [except Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, & Nordstrom].

Returns

1. Register your return online or contact client services: Register your return online by connecting to your My LV account.
2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
3. Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
4. Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
