    1. 1. Visit your My LV account: Register your return online by connecting to your My LV account & receive a pre-paid shipping label by email within 24 hours
    2. 2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt
    3. 3. Put the shipping label on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by email and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box
    4. 4. Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location
