SHIPPING FEES & TIMING


STANDARD

• Fee: Complimentary for all orders
• Delivery Timing: 3-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions:
- If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
- Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express or Overnight Shipping


EXPRESS

• Fee: $15 for all orders under $3,000 | Complimentary for orders $3,000 and above
• Delivery Timing: 2 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions:
- If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Some zip codes are not available for this service
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery


OVERNIGHT

• Fee: $20 for all orders under $3,000 | Complimentary for orders $3,000 and above
• Delivery Timing: Orders placed by 3pm (ET) Monday – Friday or by 12pm (ET) Saturday should arrive the following business day. If an order is placed after these times, it will be processed the following business day.
• Exceptions:
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sunday’s or Holidays will be processed the following business day
- Some zip codes are not available for this service
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery


SAME DAY

Available to select New York Manhattan and Brooklyn zip codes. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility
• Fee: $40 for all orders
• Delivery Timing: Orders placed by 1pm (ET) Monday – Friday, will be delivered between 7pm-9pm
• Exceptions:
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or Holidays will be processed the following business day
- Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all Same Day Delivery orders

• Fee: Complimentary Standard Shipping
• Delivery Timing: Please allow up to 8 weeks for bags and small leather goods and 12 weeks for rolling luggage for delivery from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions: Express, Overnight and Same Day delivery is not available. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

• Please allow an additional day of processing for all bottle engraving orders

ALASKA AND HAWAII DELIVERY

If you select standard shipping, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days from time you receive the shipping confirmation email, however, remote addresses may require additional delivery time. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express or Overnight Shipping.


COLLECT IN STORE

Have your order delivered to the store of your choice, now available in select Louis Vuitton stores

• Fee: Complimentary for all orders
• Delivery Timing: Collect in Store orders placed by 12pm (ET) Monday – Saturday, will be delivered to the store of your choice in 2 business days
• Exceptions: Collect in Store orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

HOW TO COLLECT IN STORE
• Notification: You will receive an email and text message confirmation notification when your order is ready to be collected from the store
• Collecting yourself you need:
(A) Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation
(B) Government issued photo identification
(C) Confirmation email
• Representative needs:
(A) Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation
(B) Purchaser’s government issued photo identification
(C) Representative’s government issued photo identification
(D) Confirmation email


• Ready-to-Wear Item: If you are picking up a Ready-to-Wear item, please note not all Louis Vuitton locations offer fitting rooms and alterations. Please check our STORE LOCATOR for a list of stores that sell Ready-to-Wear

• If you do not collect your order: Your order will be available in-store for 30 days. If not collected, it will be sent back and your original method of payment will be refunded (except personalized and Mon Monogram and Mon Damier Graphite items)

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card or PayPal with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE

Online purchases can be complimentary returned online or at any Louis Vuitton free standing store

RETURNS

1. 1. Register your return online or contact client services: Register your return online by connecting to your My LV account to receive a pre-paid shipping label by email within 24 hours.
2. 2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
3. 3. Put the shipping label on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by email and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
4. 4. Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
