    Fee: $20 for all orders under $3,000 | Complimentary for orders $3,000 and above
    Delivery Timing: Orders placed by 3pm (ET) Monday – Friday or by 12pm (ET) Saturday should arrive the following business day. If an order is placed after these times, it will be processed the following business day.
    Exceptions:
    - Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sunday’s or Holidays will be processed the following business day

    SAME DAY

    Delivery Timing: Collect in Store orders placed by 12pm (ET) Monday – Saturday, will be delivered to the store of your choice in 2 business days
    Exceptions: Collect in Store orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

    Notification: You will receive an email and text message confirmation notification when your order is ready to be collected from the store
    Collecting yourself you need:

  • COLLECT IN STORE
    Have your order delivered to the store of your choice, now available in select stores.

    If placed before 12pm ET, your order will be delivered in two business days, unless additional validation is required. You will be notified via email and SMS when your order is ready for collection.
    Please be prepared to present the following when picking up your order: (A) Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation; (B) Government issued photo identification; and (C) Confirmation email.
    If you send an authorized representative to pick up your order, they will be required to present the following: (A) Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation; (B) Purchaser’s government issued photo identification; (C) Representative’s government issued photo identification; (D) Confirmation email.

    Online purchases can be complimentary returned online or at any Louis Vuitton free standing store

    RETURNS
    1. 1. Register your return online or contact client services: Register your return online by connecting to your My LV account to receive a pre-paid shipping label by email within 24 hours.
    2. 2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
    3. 3. Put the shipping label on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by email and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
    4. 4. Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
