What is Scheduled Concierge Delivery?

Available in select New York City, Los Angeles, and New Jersey zip codes (Monday - Sunday, excluding holidays), signature required. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.
Fee: $30 for orders $500 and above
Delivery Timing: Delivery Monday through Sunday (except holidays) from 11am to 9pm. Same-day service available for orders placed by 1pm ET for New York City or New Jersey and 1pm PT for Los Angeles. Your shopping bag will be hand delivered by our Concierge during a 2-hour time slot of your choice. You will receive SMS notifications regarding your order, and carrier charges may apply.
Exceptions:
-    If you miss the delivery attempt, we will contact you to reschedule
-    There will be a signature required on all Scheduled Concierge Delivery orders
