How do I return or exchange my online purchase?

  • Louis Vuitton offers complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned item(s) must be in perfect, sellable condition and include the original packaging and documentation.
  • Returns or exchanges of watches or jewelry must include the original packaging, instruction leaflet (with warranty certificate), and any applicable product certificates (e.g., COSC, GIA).
  • Beauty products must be unused and in original packaging with accompanying accessories, and perfume packaging must remain sealed for return or exchange.
  • Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores (excluding Holt Renfrew).
  • Refunds may only be issued in the same form of payment, currency, and country/region as the original purchase.
  • PayPal purchases may be returned or exchanged online or in stores.

Please note the following exceptions, which are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • High Watches
  • High Jewelry
  • Personalized or made-to-order items, including hot-stamped or engraved products.

 

Returns for Online and Client Services Orders
 
Please follow the steps below to return your item(s):

1) Register Your Return
To begin your request, please log in to your MyLV account and submit your return online.
If you wish to request a return without logging in, you may do so by visiting the dedicated page to manage your order here.

Alternatively, you may contact our Client Services team for assistance.

2) Prepare Your Package
Place your item(s) in the original packaging, along with the receipt and any accompanying documents. 

3) Label Your Package
Use the pre-paid return label included in your order. Ensure any previous shipping labels are covered, and seal the package securely using the adhesive strip on the box.

Contact Client Services at 1.866.VUITTON (1.866.884.8866).

4. Drop Off Your Return
Take your package to any UPS store or drop-off location.

  • If you choose not to use the provided pre-paid label and instead ship via a different carrier, please send your return to the address indicated on your return voucher.
  • Louis Vuitton is not responsible for lost packages, and shipping fees will not be reimbursed in such cases.

 

Store Returns

Alternatively, you may return your item(s) at any free-standing Louis Vuitton store (except Holt Renfrew):

  • Merchandise purchased at a Louis Vuitton leased department store may only be refunded at another Louis Vuitton location within a leased department store.
  • Merchandise purchased at a Louis Vuitton freestanding store may only be refunded at another freestanding store.
  • Exchanges may be completed at the original leased department store or at any freestanding store, for items of equal or greater value.

Nordstrom

  • Please note: Louis Vuitton locations within Nordstrom follow a specific return policy.
  • Items purchased at these locations may only be returned or exchanged at the original Nordstrom purchase location and must be facilitated by a Louis Vuitton employee.

  • Same style and price (different color and/or size):
    To begin your request, please log in to your MyLV account and register your exchange online.
    If you wish to request an exchange without logging in, you may do so by visiting the dedicated page to manage your order here.
  • In-store exchanges: Online purchases can be exchanged in Louis Vuitton stores.
  • All other exchanges: Alternatively, you may contact our Client Services team for assistance.
