What is the Return & Exchange Policy?
Purchases between Monday, November 15 and Wednesday, December 15, may be returned or exchanged until Saturday, January 15, 2022.
Item(s) must be in perfect & sellable condition, accompanied by the original packaging and documentation (invoice, leaflets, and certificates).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items: My LV Heritage, My LV World Tour, hot stamped products, personalized sneakers, engraved products, Made-to-Order items, high watches and high jewelry.
Additionally, mask covers & swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons.
Purchases made via the Louis Vuitton website or through our Client Services Center can be returned complimentary online or in stores [except Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Macy’s & Nordstrom].
PayPal purchases may be returned online or exchanged at a Louis Vuitton Free-Standing store.
For item(s) purchased at a Louis Vuitton store location, please refer to the policy listed on your invoice.
Please note, items purchased at a Leased Department Store location cannot be returned at our Free-Standing boutiques.
Additionally, items purchased at any Free-Standing Louis Vuitton boutique cannot be returned/exchanged at our Leased Department locations.
