What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

Return & Exchange Policy
Merchandise in perfect, saleable condition with the original receipt may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

Please note the following exceptions, which are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • High Watches
  • High Jewelry
  • Personalized or made-to-order items, including hot-stamped or engraved products

Watches and Jewelry
Returns or exchanges of watches or jewelry must include the original packaging, instruction leaflet (with warranty certificate), and any applicable product certificates (e.g., COSC, GIA).

Beauty Products
Beauty products must be unused and in original packaging with accompanying accessories, and perfume packaging must remain sealed for return or exchange.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, in the same currency and country/region as the initial purchase.

Online Purchases

  • PayPal purchases may only be returned or exchanged via our online store.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at department store locations.

In-Store Purchases

  • Merchandise purchased at a freestanding Louis Vuitton store cannot be refunded at department store locations.
  • Exchanges for eligible items are accepted at any freestanding Louis Vuitton store, except in the following countries: Brazil, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

Department Store Purchases

  • Merchandise purchased at a department store may only be refunded at the same department store brand.
  • Exchanges may be made at the same department store brand or at a freestanding Louis Vuitton store for an item of equal or greater value.
  • Louis Vuitton locations within Nordstrom employ a specific return policy that differs from Nordstrom's policies. Merchandise purchased from a Louis Vuitton department within Nordstrom may only be returned or exchanged at the original Nordstrom purchase location and facilitated by a Louis Vuitton employee.

Exports
Clients planning to export merchandise are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to such exports.
