Can I book an appointment in-store?
You can book an appointment with a Client Advisor in every Louis Vuitton store in the world for the following reasons:
- Collections Discovery
- Personalization
- Exchanges & Returns
- Repairs
If you’re planning to visit one of our stores, we recommend booking an appointment online via your MyLV account or through the Store Locator after selecting your preferred location.
However, please note that exchanges, returns, and repairs cannot be selected as appointment reasons for our resort and pop-up stores.
