Repairs can be requested either in Louis Vuitton stores or online. Please allow our artisans up to 6 weeks to complete your repair.
Store Repairs
All Louis Vuitton stores offer repair services, and our teams will be delighted to assist you with an in-store assessment.
Our Client Advisors are trained to provide expert guidance and will advise on the appropriate repair options, including any associated costs, if applicable. A full list of our stores can be found via our Store Locator.

For your convenience, repair services can also be arranged via the LV App:

Consult with a Louis Vuitton Care Expert via video call, phone, or email. - Send Your Item
Ship your item to a Louis Vuitton Repair Atelier using a complimentary UPS shipping label. - Track Your Repair
Follow the status of your repair directly through the LV App. - Receive Your Item
Your item will be returned to you once the repair has been completed by Louis Vuitton.
