There are several ways to initiate the activation of your LV Diamonds Certificate. Start by log-in on My LV account - My Certificates section or scan the QR code received during your purchase or open the activation link that was sent in a separate email within your purchase.
You will get to the activation page, where the individual number and the buyer’s name are required (both fields are mandatory, and the information is available on the receipt). In addition, the individual number is engraved on the product.
Once the information is entered successfully, your LV Diamonds Certificate will be activated and ready to be consulted at any time in My LV account – My Certificates section.
