What repair service options are available?

Louis Vuitton products are crafted to the highest standards, designed to provide lasting enjoyment for years to come.

While our leather goods are not covered by a warranty, we may offer a complimentary repair or alternative solution following a careful assessment, should an issue arise that is related to craftsmanship.

Repairs can be requested either in Louis Vuitton stores or online. Please allow our artisans up to 6 weeks to complete your repair.

Store Repairs

All Louis Vuitton stores offer repair services, and our teams will be delighted to assist you with an in-store assessment.
Our Client Advisors are trained to provide expert guidance and will advise on the appropriate repair options, including any associated costs, if applicable. A full list of our stores can be found via our Store Locator.

Online Repairs: LV App

For your convenience, repair services can also be arranged via the LV App:

  1. Request an Online Repair
    Open the LV App to book an appointment with a Care Expert or submit a repair request.
  2. Connect with an Expert
    Consult with a Louis Vuitton Care Expert via video call, phone, or email.
  3. Send Your Item
    Ship your item to a Louis Vuitton Repair Atelier using a complimentary UPS shipping label.
  4. Track Your Repair
    Follow the status of your repair directly through the LV App.
  5. Receive Your Item
    Your item will be returned to you once the repair has been completed by Louis Vuitton.
